What's On Barcelona: 7th - 9th August

Bon dia!
Ok, serious talk. It definitely feels quieter in Barcelona at the moment. I know that, you know that. But where does everyone actually go?
For those of you still here like me, here's What's On.
If you've left the city, reply and let me know where everyone's hiding.

Catalonia Beyond Fuet: An Eclipse, in Catalan [AD]

Hey pals! Com va l’estiu? In case you didn’t know, on the 12th of August we will witness a total solar eclipse. So... do you want to get ready for it?
First, you can have a look at this official website to get all the information. Also, the TERMCAT (Centre de Terminologia) has developed the Diccionari dels eclipsis. It is a resourse where you can learn all the words eclipse related in catalan. Such a fun way to learn both Catalan and science!
In case you prefer something visual to really understand it, we recommend you follow us on Instagram. There will be a couple of posts with illustrations by artists Gala Pont and Martí Melcion explaining the eclipse.
And if you need more space related activities, we suggest you investigate what are “llàgrimes de Sant Llorenç” and look for them. Gaudiu de l’eclipsi!
